MultiPay crowned best B2B Customer Experience Provider

 

When we launched MultiPay, we committed from day one to provide a truly bespoke and first-class customer experience (CX). Not only did this mean that we would never approach two customers in the same way, but that we would go further and ensure great CX ran through the entire business.

However, actions speak louder than words. For that reason, we set about building what we knew was the best team of payment and customer service experts in the world. Our goal is always to be seen and felt as an extension of our own customers’ teams, and not just a supplier. By working closely together, we can provide the bespoke experience we know businesses – now more than ever – need from their payment provider.

While we have always felt that our CX was not only bespoke but truly outstanding, having this recognised by other customer experience experts demonstrates that we are on the right path.

On Wednesday 12th October, that is exactly what happened when we won the Best B2B Customer Experience – Professional Services Award at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2022!

Winning the award is a massive achievement and fantastic recognition for the team at MultiPay and their continued hard work and dedication to our customers. For that, we want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you. You have all helped create the most amazing – and now award-winning – team. We couldn’t be prouder.

What’s next?

Speaking of the future, winning the Best B2B Customer Experience – Professional Services Award at the UK Customer Experience Awards is a fantastic achievement for MultiPay; however, we will not be resting on our laurels. We are continuing to hone and develop not only the service we provide but our technology too, and we cannot wait to share with you some of the things we have been working on!
