Customer chooses payment method

To make payment, the merchant will ask the consumer how they wish to pay.

This is selected on the PED and a QR code produced on the PED screen.

Customer authenticates

The customer opens the app on their phone. The first screen is the QR reader. They scan the QR code using their phone on the PED.

MPP sends transaction details to customer Mobile Banking App.

Customer authenticates and enters Mobile Banking App. Customer approves the transaction within Mobile Banking App.

Transaction Completed

Transaction is approved on the terminal.

A digital receipt is instantly available on the consumers device.

Receipt is stored in the receipt drawer inside the app. It contains a QR code that can be used for easy returns if required in the future.
